F1 Partner | Juniper Networks x AMF1
The work | Juniper Networks is the global infrastructure provider for one of the F1 teams, namely the Aston Martin Aramco F1 team. Like many tech partners in F1, their word is crucial and without their support and services, the team wouldn’t be able to ensure a seamless race weekend.
These are the stories I love telling in F1 - the ones we don’t often talk about but are fascinating because the technology used by the teams is being pushed to its absolute limits and tested out here on race tracks around the world.
The context | Behind every race, there's a network of critical infrastructure. In the most simple way, IT networks are systems or structures that connect computers, devices, and people, allowing them to share data, resources, and services. They can be as small as two devices linked together or as large as the global internet. This network is driven by the IT team, powered by Juniper Networks access points and switches. Their mission? To ensure seamless flow of communication and data from the track to the campus and back.
